At the 10th Anniversary Drama Matters Networking Weekend I spoke honestly about the need to have a team who cross over with everything that has been arranged, I have been lucky to have people to bounce ideas off over the years but needed to delegate so it doesn’t fall to just my shoulders, this will not only support in making things bigger and better but will also mean that there is a spread of the workload. Letting go can be tough especially as I want to make sure that all are able to share the ethos that I hold so dearly and therefore I am delighted to say that all the people I approached reflect this ethos and agreed to be part of the team agreed, Julie, Siobhan, Flo, Sarah, Joe, Charlie, Em-Dawn, Lauren, Laura and Holly.

I am also in the process of set up working parties for the various projects that are happening and therefore watch this space as they will be announced in the coming weeks.
